    A newly adopted Board of Directors of Tactical Missiles Corporation JSC consists of the following members:
- Alexander P. Bobryshev, member of the Russian governmental Military and Industrial commission;
- Alexander N. Zelin, Commander-in-chief of the RF Air Force;
- Nicolai E. Makarov, Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces – First Deputy  Defence Minister of the RF;
- Denis V. Manturov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the RF;
- Boris V. Obnosov, Director General of Tactical Missiles Corporation JSC;
- Anatoly P. Isaikin, Director General of FGUP Rosoboronexport;
- Ilya S. Petrov, Deputy Head of Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo);
- Sergey E. Prikhodko, RF President’s Assistant;
- Alexander V. Fomin, First Deputy Director of the RF Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation.
