Aircraft Guided Weapons OKA-E-1
OKA-E-1 aircraft guided weapons (AUSP) preparation system is designed to prepare and maintain the AUSP including AUSP preparation for combat use, AUSP technical condition check when storing and repairing.
The system provides the following AUSP elements with preparation and maintenance: R-27, R-73, RVV-AE; X-29, Kh-31; KAB-500; KAB-1500 and other AUSP of similar designation.
The system provides ordering and delivering AUSP within the complete set determined by the Customer depending on the consumer requirements and amount given in the contract. In this case irrespective from the AUSP composition, the basic characteristics and appearance of the system will not change. The system is developed under the principle of integrating unified combined hardware and flexible adjustable modular software.
It allows to simplify the following tasks:
- changing the range of the maintained AUSP without any significant expenses because of the software removal, implementation and replacement;
- registering upgrades and modifications of the maintained AUSP particular types during its operation;
- developing and delivering simpler, less expensive and excess free versions of the system by reducing the range of the maintained AUSP.
The system comprises automatic checkout system (ACS) with the set of special means determined by composition of AUSP, general purpose means and maintenance means.
The ACS provides checkout of the AUSP technical condition with the following accuracy:
- «false fail-out» probability – 0.03, max.;
- «undetected failure» probability – 0.001, max.
The ACS is equipped with all soft- and hardware required for the AUSP check, including electric, pneumatic and nitrogen supply means, programmed measuring converters, generators, shape amplifiers, signal switching units and communications means with the AUSP.
The check results are represented by the «Serviceable – Unserviceable» type messages and checking protocol including estimation of the testing parameters with relation to nominal, and if necessary, maximum allowed and measured parameter values.The result and checking protocol with the required data (date, time of check, AUSP number, information about operator etc) should be registered by printer. The AUSP checkout results as well as current testing parameter should be indicated on monitor.
Checkout security is provided by continuous controlling emergency parameters of AUSP with the object automatic cut-off in case of emergency.
The system provides checkout without programme stop, with programme stop by features set by operator and selective carrying out of separate subprogrammes. ASK serviceability self-check mode is envisaged. Effectiveness of self-check is 0.9, min.
System general use and maintenance equipment provide unpacking, removal from packs, packing, depreservation and represervation of the AUSP, loading/unloading operations, arrangement and transportation of the AUSP by trolleys within the operating area.
The system is capable to be transported by sea, air railway and automobile transport.
